hand foot and mouth disease sucks;trust me.i've suffered from it twice.and having more than 20 ulcers in your mouth can really hurt.

the sec 2 badminton team were the only ones there.with one sec 1!(breanna)
straightaway diana and i knew it was a getting-to-know-you-better- kinda dinner.
her mum wanted to know us better!for what may i ask?
but..
dinner was superb.so many nice food to eat.
fattening please.
so then we talked about loads of stuff from lesbians to blah blah blah.
straightaway went home after that.


Training today.
did so much foot work.
then played doubles with nerine against elaine and xiu mei
lost but for the first time we fought and i actually really really made an effort to run.
